Cal Hymag Plus is a blend of essential vitamins and minerals required for growth, reproduction and maintenance in cattle.
The higher amounts of magnesium and calcium will help cattle to reduce the incidence of grass tetany and hypocalcaemia (milk fever), improve the condition of cows prior to calving, assist cows during calving and help balance magnesium and calcium deficiencies in lush green pasture. |

FEEDING CAL HYMAG PLUS
Allow ad lib feeding in vertical sided drums or covered troughs. 1 x container to about 30 x head of cattle. Animals will, in most cases, take the supplement too fast until they reach the required mineral levels, then they will settle down. Place near water to get the animals started, but progressively move away from water if the consumption remains in excess of the recommended intake.
Cattle: approx 100 g/ hd/ day
Weaners: approx 50 - 80 g/ hd/ day
